Am I Making It More Confusing?

… a little story with you about a mum I know (let's call her Sarah) and her daughter Emily.
Emily is a cheeky 5 year-old with an amazing sense of humour who, since starting school, had been having a tough time with reading, especially blending sounds together into words. She was getting frustrated because she felt like she couldn't keep up with her friends at school during their phonics and reading sessions. When it was time to read her phonics books with her parents after school, she would run away and hide.
Sarah tried her best to help, but sometimes explaining things to our own children can be tricky... we've all been there! Sarah spent a lot of time searching online for ways to help Emily, but ended up feeling completely overwhelmed by all the information out there.
Sarah took “Get Them Reading: The Right Way” and the results have been incredible. Her daughter now loves reading.
